CII Rebate Program

The Commercial, Industrial, & Institutional Save-A-Buck Rebate Program provides a rebate for the replacement of older, inefficient devices used by businesses. The installation of many of the products save not only water, but also wastewater and energy. Program funding is limited.

Smart Landscape Evaluations (Formerly Large Landscape Audits)

A Smart Landscape Evaluation is a free service designed to assist public customers of participating agencies with the identification of outdoor water savings opportunities.

Participants will receive a report outlining site specific irrigation and maintenance recommendations as well as plant alternatives designed to reduce water waste and use. To enroll please contact

WaterSmart Irrigation Checkup

Do you manage or own a commercial, multifamily, industrial, or institutional property with irrigation challenges?  Are you interested in reducing irrigation costs?  Apply for our FREE Irrigation Checkup!

We can help you increase control of your irrigation system and expense – at no cost.  The WaterSmart Irrigation Checkup is a complimentary program providing site-specific recommendations to help you maximize your irrigation investment.

• We schedule an irrigation survey (site walk-through) for approved applicants.
• We provide a brief 1-page outline of observations and recommendations.
• You choose what you will implement and when.  There’s no obligation.
• Start saving! Although water-savings varies by property, you may save up to 20% or more.
