Are you a Super Water Saver?
Want some public recognition for your organization’s water-saving efforts? The San Diego County Water Authority and KGTV Channel 10 are looking for businesses, organizations (such as HOAs) or public agencies in San Diego County that have taken action to become an exemplary water saver. They are looking for companies or organizations that have reduced their water use, for example by installing water-efficient devices, putting in low-water-use landscapes or irrigation systems, taking advantage of recycled water, or other means.
Four examples – one per month from June through September – will be selected and recognized on air on Channel 10 for their efforts with a 15-second TV spot. The first Super Water Saver will be chosen the week of June 16, so get your nomination in soon!
